    Before that, there are some things you better know

  • Commission will be opened every 4 months, with 5 slots. If all slots are full, the client cannot book slots for the next month until the commission is re-opened. Instead, prospective clients will be put on a waiting list and will be contacted again when the slot is open. The price will not change as long as the commission has not been closed.
  • The queue list can be checked here. Clients who got early slots will be contacted first. But if the client doesn't reply to the message within 2x 24 hours, the next client will be directly contacted. At this time if there are other clients who have paid, then the client will be prioritized.
  • The canvas size used is varied with a resolution of 300 DPI. However, for commissions to be printed, use A4 size with the same resolution.
  • The number of minor revisions is not limited (such as adding accessories to the characters, changing expressions, etc.). But if there is a major revision such as changes in pose or background, a fee will be charged additional IDR 20,000 for each revised item.
  • The discount only applies to works that have similar assets (eg the same character, the same pose, the same background, but have 3 different clothes in different canvases). Apart from the provisions will be charged normally.
  • In every purchase above 30$ (without print), the client will Get a bonus character sketch that is commissioned. Bonus will be immediate provided and without revision.
  • Payment can be made after the sketch is approved (minimum 50% of the total). Payments accepted are via Shopeepay and OvO. If you want to pay via PayPal, the price charged is international commission rates.
  • One canvas is usually done within 2-7 days (no including waiting time) depending on the available details.
  • Each commission result will be published as a personal portfolio. If you don't want this, the client is asked to notify when booking.
  • Prices stated above apply ONLY for non-commercial commissions and not for sale.
